What ages can attend Promise?
We accept students ages 6 weeks-5 years old. In the summer, we also have a class available for elementary students who have completed pre-k through fourth grade.
What are the typical hours for care?
We are open from Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 5:45 pm. We request that students be here no later 8:30 am to receive the full educational experience that is available to them.
What are the typical class sizes?
To provide the students with the best care possible, our classes are no larger than 11.
What are the tuition rates?
Please contact the Promise Preschool office for current tuition rates.
How can I make a tuition payment?
If you are already a part of the Promise family, you may make a payment through the Brightwheel app. However, tuition may also be paid by bringing in a check when your child is dropped off.
What security measures do you use to protect children?
All exterior doors remain locked during business hours. Parents are given a unique code to access the building when they are dropping off or picking up their children.
How can I stay up to date with my child throughout the day?
An app called Brightwheel is how we stay connected with our Promise families. On Brightwheel, we are able to track when the students go potty, what they eat throughout the day, any activities, and we can even add pictures of your babies for you to see! Brightwheel is also how we keep in contact with parents when anything happens or if we just have a quick question! On Brightwheel, you, as parents, also have the ability to add any medications, allergies, etc.
